I found an amazing post not too long ago. It is a very important reason why you should support Small Business.................... When you buy from a Mom and Pop business, you are NOT helping a CEO buy a third vacation home. You are HELPING a little girl get dance lessons, a little boy get his team jersey, A Mom or Dad put food on the table, A Family pay a mortgage, or a student pay for college. OUR customers are our shareholders and they are the ones we strive to make happy. Thank you for supporting small business! It's very TRUE!!! We don't just give extreme customer service because it's the right thing to do. We work hard for you to raise our family! In a world of extreme that we live in right now, we are honored to be a dying breed of "Mom & Pop". Our integrity can not be matched by these big companies! We treat you as we want to be treated as customers. We are honest, reliable, we do NOT price gouge. You will recognize the voice that answers our office phone. You will recognize the plumbers that come in your house. We are here to gain your trust and keep your patronage for a lifetime. We appreciate you and we strive to serve your plumbing needs! |
